How KARIZMA gift cards are issued, used and managed for barber services at our Bangor shop.
Last updated: 21 September 2026KARIZMA gift cards are issued for use toward eligible barber services at KARIZMA Turkish Barber, 58 High Street, Bangor, BT20 5AZ. They are stored-value cards and are not appointment bookings by themselves.
The value shown when a gift card is issued is recorded in pounds sterling. When the card is redeemed, the cost of the service is deducted from the available balance. If the service costs less than the remaining balance, the unused balance stays on the card. If it costs more, the difference can be paid in the shop.
You can check a card's remaining balance using the secure Gift Card Balance page.
If an expiry date is shown on a particular gift card, that date applies to that card. If no expiry date is shown, KARIZMA does not apply a fixed expiry date to that card.
The gift-card code and QR code provide access to the stored balance, so please keep them secure. If a code is lost, copied or used without permission, contact KARIZMA promptly. Where we can reasonably verify the original purchase and remaining balance, we may be able to help, but recovery cannot always be guaranteed.
KARIZMA gift cards are available directly from our shop at 58 High Street, Bangor. We do not currently sell gift cards through online checkout.

Requests to cancel or refund a gift-card purchase are handled in line with the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory right that applies to you. Please contact us promptly if you believe a purchase was made in error.
A gift card is intended to pay for KARIZMA services rather than to provide cash withdrawal. Gift-card balances cannot be used to create or increase credit beyond the amount recorded on the card. We may refuse a transaction where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unauthorised alteration or misuse.
Holding a gift card does not reserve an appointment. Online appointments remain subject to our Booking & Cancellation Terms. Walk-ins remain subject to shop availability.

These gift-card terms are intended to explain how the KARIZMA scheme works. They do not exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
